1/2 litre

milk

2 tablespoons

condensed milk

1 teaspoon

cardamom powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly grate the beetroot.

Finally after grating the beetroot.

Boil the milk, than put beetroot in it and cooked on low flame.

* Step 4

When milk reduced and beetroot get soften then add condensed milk and cardamom powder.

Cooked it till beetroot become dry.

* Step 6

Your barfi is ready for eating. You take any mould and put in it and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes for setting. Then demould it.
