Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash and dry lady fingers and cut into small piece

* Step 2

Take a bowl add ladyfingers then add besan chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, salt and mix it nicely

* Step 3

Heat oil into a kadhai and fry ladyfingers till golden brown, crisp

* Step 4

Fry bhindi is redy to serve it serve with dal rice or chpati
