The BEST homemade granola

Ingredient

45 minutes approx
1/3 c

dry milk

1 tbsp

cinnamon

1/2 c

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl

* Step 2

Melt coconut oil. Add honey

* Step 3

Stir oil and honey into dry mix

* Step 4

Spread out on sheet pan -I add the nuts on top so they get toasty.

* Step 5

Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Gently mix around and repeat the 10 minute intervals until it starts to brown - about 2-3 cycles depending on how deep your mixture is. Keep a close eye on it! Burned granola is terrible. I know from experience. 😩

NOTES: This recipe is completely adjustable to your tastes. Use different oil, different nuts, different dried fruit-or none at all. Completely cool and then store in an air tight container. If you store the granola with fruit in it, the fruit will become rock hard since it’s homemade with no preservatives I add it in when I eat it.
