Pancakes 🥞

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
* Step 2
After everything is mixed together add beaten egg, milk and oil and whisk throughly to have batter with no lumps, hand mixer can help to fasten the process
* Step 3
Preheat the skillet. Turn the medium heat on. Choose the desired size of pancakes and pour according amount of batter onto skillet(i like smaller pancakes so i use about a table spoon of batter per pancake). Cook until the top of the pancake is covered in bubbles and edges are dry before flipping to the other side. This should not take longer than 2 min. After flipped, cook the pancake until golden and repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
