Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all flour in a bowl.
* Step 2
Add chopped spinach spring onion and coriander leaves and all spices and mint powder and salt.
* Step 3
Add little water to make it a dough make a smooth dough let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
* Step 4
Divide the dough in equal portions make a paratha like we roll chapatis.
* Step 5
Now heat a pan add paratha, cook on a medium flame.
* Step 6
Flip the paratha spread little oil and cook for a minute both the sides.
* Step 7
Similarly, repeat and make the other.
* Step 8
Serve on a plate hot with yoghurt pickle and butter.
