Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients inside and grind to a smooth mixture.

* Step 2

Take a microwave safe bowl and pour the mixture inside. Microwave it high for 1 min

* Step 3

After one min take the bowl outside and stir the mixture. Again place the mixture into microwave for 30 seconds.

* Step 4

Keep doing this until the batter is thick enough for us to spread. Using 30 seconds or 1 min interval in between and continuing to stir the mixture each time.

* Step 5

Once the batter is thick enough the khandvi batter is ready to be rolled once it cools down.

* Step 6

Take the batter on a hard kitchen platform or on the backside of flat plate, spread the batter as thin as possible with the help of a spatula or knife.

* Step 7

Cut the spreaded batter into lines and then start rolling

* Step 8

Next for the tadka, take oil in a pan and add all the tadka ingredients.

* Step 9

Pour tadka and fresh coriander on top of the rolled khandvi and grated coconut for garnishing.

* Step 10

Enjoy your delicious tasty khandvi
