Cabbage torilla

Great dish to use up excess veggies in the fridge.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin seeds, jalapenos. Then add salsa paste.

* Step 2

Add onions. 1 can tomatoes. Carrots Let it cook. (Experiment with other veggies like peas, mushrooms, etc.)

* Step 3

Add cabbage. After cabbage shrinks, salt as needed.

* Step 4

Serve in tortilla or burrito along with sour cream, cheese, coriander+lemon juice.
