Cauliflower Stir Fry (Indian Style)

This recipe is very easy and quick. This dish can be eaten as a side dish or can be used as a stuffing also.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan
* Step 2
Add in 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and wait till they crackle
* Step 3
Add in a sprig of curry leaves
* Step 4
Add in a cup of finely chopped onions and sauté till they turn translucent.
* Step 5
Now add in 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy.
* Step 6
Add in 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
* Step 7
Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
* Step 8
Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
* Step 9
Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder
* Step 10
Add in a pinch of asafoetida
* Step 12
Add in a tablespoon of chopped cilantro leaves and mix well
* Step 13
Add in the cauliflower florets
* Step 14
Add in 1/2 a cup of water and mix well
* Step 15
Cover and cook till the cauliflower gets cooked well
* Step 16
Garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
* Step 17
Serve hot with chappatis (Indian flat bread) (check out my recipe for Chappatis)
