Sea King Rolls

Huge dumplings made from white fish, crab sticks, shrimp and vegetables.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the fish into rectangular portions. Around 1x2 inches. The amount of the other ingredients will depend on your fish portions. 1pc of each per portion.

* Step 2

Take a cabbage leaf and cut it into 1-2 inches lengthwise strips. These will serve as wrapping bands for the dumplings (Refer to the recipe image).

* Step 3

Take a fish portion, carrot, shrimp, and a crab stick and wrap it using the cabbage leaf.

* Step 4

Arrange the dumplings on a non-plastic plate. (Avoid stacking the dumpling rolls. One layer per plate)

* Step 5

Mix together the sesame oil, fish sauce, Shaoxing wine, pepper and MSG on a small bowl.

* Step 6

Spoon the mixture on each of the dumpling rolls, around half a teaspoon per roll. You can make more mixture as needed.

* Step 7

Place the plate on a steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes.

* Step 8

Remove from the steamer and serve immediately. (Great with soy sauce and garlic chilli oil)
