Teasel Gourd or Forest Bitter Gourd or Spiny Gourd, the names are many and this amazing little Vegetable is amazing in every single dish. This time, I had opted for deep frying it in the form of Chips and then finally rolled in Coconut flour for a healthy innovative twist.
Relish it with steamed Rice or Rotis, it's absolutely flavourful and crunchy. Coconut flour gives it an interesting twist and it is awesome by all means.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean the gourd well. Slice as desired and keep aside mixed with the spices and the oil. If desired, the spices can be adjusted accordingly. Or can just deep fry directly and then roll in the coconut flour with the spices. It's absolutely one's own choice.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat up enough oil for frying on a low heat. Deep fry the sliced teasel gourd. Do it on a medium high heat. Drain and set aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl or a wide plate add the dry coconut flour with some salt, turmeric and chilli powders. Add the fried gourd slices into it. Roll and coat each one of it with a generous amount of the coconut flour.
* Step 4
Arrange on a serving platter and it's all ready to dig in. Enjoy! Yum!
