Tutti Frutti Cake is a delicious and an easy Indian Dessert loved by kids and grown ups alike. It can be relished at tea-time or can be made on any festive occasion or a party at home. It uses simple baking technique suitable for homecooks. A heavenly treat that is simple yet elegant and stands apart in the crowd even today when so many varieties of Cakes are baked and enjoyed the World over. A perfect one for any family get togethers or occasions. This can be stored and relished for about a week. Unless ofcourse if it doesn't vanish until then. Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat Oven to 160°. Sieve Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Flour twice. Mix Tutti Fruiti with a little flour and keep aside.
* Step 2
Combine Butter and Sugar. It will look like breadcrumbs. Add eggs one by one to the butter sugar mix. Add vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
* Step 3
Now add the flour mix to it and mix well until lumpfree. Fold in the tutti frutti now. Pour this batter into a parchment paper lined loaf tin. Also sprinkle a few slivered Pistachios on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool a little before slicing. Enjoy!
