Chilli Paneer with red tomato

Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where cubes of fried crispy paneer are tossed in a spicy sauce made with soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce! Goes well with rice or noodles. Here I have given it a little north Indian Punjabi touch

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and chop onion, capsicum and one tomato. Grate one tomato and make puree. Peel and grate ginger and garlic. Chop green chilli.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger, green chilli and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
* Step 3
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
* Step 4
Add capsicums and mix and saute for 4-5 minutes. Mix corn flour, all purpose flour and salt and water and make slury. Add all three sauce in slury with vinegar and add this sauces rich slury in karahi and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Saute on low flame till it turn thick Add paneer cubes and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Sprinkle Maggi magic masala and orgeno and mix well. Mix tomato ketchup.
* Step 7
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
