Tikki Chaat
A simple and tasty street food or chaat recipe mainly prepared from potato patties or potato tikki with other chaat chutneys and spices. It's my favourite.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Gri d bread slices in a mixer and make a powder and mix in potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and kasuri methi and mix and make a dough.
* Step 2
Now take a portion of dough and make equal size balls. Flatten balls in round tikkis.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a non stick griddle. Place tikkis and shallow fry till crispie golden brown from both sides.
* Step 4
Decoration : Place 2 tikkis in a plate. Crush it with your hands.
* Step 5
Keep curd and chutneys ready.
* Step 6
Add curd, green and red chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and sev and serve.
