Spaghetti alla Gricia
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Prep the meat. Use the fat for flavour. Cut up the meat into small cubes
* Step 2
Fry gently in a little oil for 5-6 mins. Remove fat. Save a cup of pasta cooking water, set a side. Drain pasta one min before cooking time, add to meat, add Parmesan, plenty of pepper and cooking water. Mix well. It'll become creamy
* Step 3
Serve with extra Parmesan :)
