Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. Make thin slices of it.
* Step 2
In bowl take besan, chopped mint leaves, carom seeds, rice flour, red chilli powder.,turmeric powder. Mix well and add water. Adjust consistency.
* Step 3
Heat oil in deep pan, dip potato slices in batter. Put it in hot oil. Fry till golden brown and crispy. Enjoy
