Small Nerikiri Wagashi:"Tulip"
This recipe is for a small Nerikiri Wagashi shaped in "Tulip" with only Nerikiri-dough colorized.
Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Knead the Nerikiri-dough to make it smooth. Colorize each doughs with the food colorings dissolved in water.
* Step 5
Make the dough for inside round. Wrap it with the dough for outside and make it round.
* Step 6
Cut the top in half and divide one half into 2 to make petals.
* Step 7
Open the petals outward. Make the pointed ends. Gradate 2 colors of inside and outside.
* Step 8
Make the dough for center round and put it on the center of the flower.
* Step 9
Do the same thing with another pattern of colors.
