* Step 1
First marinate cottage cheese with garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder.
* Step 2
Slice vegetables and keep aside
* Step 3
Take pan add one teaspoon of amul butter, immediately add chopped garlic saute add spinach leaves.temper with salt and pepper
* Step 4
On griller put butter and grill cottage cheese and veggies
* Step 5
After that grill bread slices and assemble all elements.
* Step 6
In the base put spinach leaves, then grilled carrots and tomatoes and on the top put grilled cottage cheese.sprinkle salt and pepper.put grilled toast and dish is ready for dinner.grilled veggies goes well with soup also but with spinach Toast is just yummmmmy.
