Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the raw fish into bite-size chunks, and sprinkle salt onto the fish, leave it for 3 to 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Mix with vinegar and salt in a bowl, and put it in the refrigerator.
* Step 3
Slice the onion and apples, dice tomatoes. (Put the sliced onions in some water.)
* Step 4
When the fish becomes white, wash it with water and drain the water from the fish using kitchen paper.
* Step 5
Squeeze lemon over the vegetables and fish, add salt, pepper and coconut milk.
