Maple-Soy Sauce Red Snapper
My son sent this fresh good red snapper to me for Mother’s Day. I cooked with maple syrup and soy sauce. This is my Vermont US friend’s idea. So tasty 😋
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut red snapper and spring onion.
* Step 2
Fry spring onion with butter and season with salt and pepper. (1/2 tablespoon butter)
* Step 3
Clean the frying pan and add butter to grill the red snapper. Bake first the skin of red snapper. (1 tablespoon butter)
* Step 4
Mix soy sauce and maple syrup and pour the sauce and cook for a minute.
* Step 5
Garnish with spring onion. This is today’s dinner. 😆💝🌸
