Semolina Cake with Maple Syrup

This cake is so easy but you have to wait for a day before you eat. A day makes this cake more moist and delicious.

Ingredient

egg

3 tablespoon

sugar

3 tablespoon

vegetable oil

3 tablespoon

yogurt

3 tablespoon

almond powder

1/8 teaspoon

baking powder

3 tablespoon

maple syrup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mix sugar and egg with hand mixer.

* Step 2

Put all ingredients and mix. Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 35~40 minutes.

* Step 3

Combine maple syrup and boiled water 1~2 tablespoon. Sprinkle over cake. And cool it down and wrap with film.
