Mozzarella and Semolina Roll Cake

I found this delicious cake on YouTube. I searched a lot of YouTube to know how to make this cake. It was a Syrian sweet. When I contacted a Syrian friend right away, it was said to be the best sweets in Syria. So I arranged cream cheese mixture and adding dark cherry. It has become very delicious😆😋

Ingredient

2 cakes
150 ml

water

1 tablespoon

condensed milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soften cream cheese in microwave and mix with condensed milk.

Ingredients. Cut mozzarella cheese.

Add sugar in water and after boiling add semolina powder. And knead well.

* Step 4

Mix mozzarella cheese in several portions and knead well. Put vanilla powder here to your favorite.

When all mozzarellas mixed, it turned very smooth like this photo.

Put on wrapping film and cover another wrapping film, then spread square shape with rolling pin.

Put cream cheese mixture and dark cherries. And roll with mozzarella dough.
