Have you ever eat this turban shell? In Japan we can now buy high-quality ingredients that you would not normally be able to buy in the supermarket because the high-class restaurants are closed. This is the first time to eat such a big one.

* Step 1

Roast on high flame. After roasting for about 5 minutes, it will boil from inside and bubbles will come out. Also, bake for about 5 minutes to season soy sauce and Sake. Roast again for 5 minutes.
