Apricot Cake

My Uzbekistan friend brought me organic Uzbekistan dried apricot. It’s so big and tasty. I made apricot compote and cake. Delicious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 cakes
200 g

sugar

5

egg

180 g

flour

1 teaspoon

baking powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook dried apricot with sugar and lemon. And stay in bottle over night. I also cook dried grapes with apricot.

Remove seed.

Ingredients. Whip egg white.

Mix butter and sugar then put and mix egg yolk once at a time.

Mix almond powder and egg white(1/3)

Add flour and egg white with spatula and mix.

Combine apricot and put in cake mold.

Bake in preheated 180℃ oven for 50~60 minuets.

100ml of compote syrup. Please put more lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle over cake just after baked.

Stay over night wrapping with film.
