Basic Focaccia Flatbread (from All-purpose Baking Mix)

4 net carbs Recipe from Wheat Belly Cook Book **Follow the recipe for All-purpose Baking Mix that I have to make these. **I used this recipe for pizza. Will have to try Italian version next! VARIATIONS: Italian-style: add in 2 tsp ground Rosemary, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder After baking: brush top with EVOO and sprinkle with grated Parmesan With cream cheese: add in 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, sweetener equal to 1 tsp sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

* Step 2

In large bowl, place baking mix.

* Step 3

In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, water and salt. Add to baking mix and quickly mix together. Let sit 1 min., then add eggs and mix thoroughly.

* Step 4

Place dough on baking sheet and form 8x12 inch rectangle.

* Step 5

Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned. Cut into into 6 pieces and store in refrigerator.
