Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele puri ka atta soft sa gondh k rakh dein for half hour.

* Step 2

Ab halwa ready karen ek pan me ghee garam karen illaichi dalien aur sooji ko bhon lein.

* Step 3

Ab pani food color add karen aur sugar add kar k mix kar k cook kar lein.ready hojaye to nuts add kar lein.

Tarkari k liye pan me oil dalien lehsan adrak k paste add karen zeera aur baki masaly dal k bhone aur pani add kar k cook hone dein.

Aloo gal jayen to half aloo mash kar lein kalonji add karen ready hai.

Subse phele milk ko boil hone rakhen illaichi dal k.

* Step 2

Ek pan me 2 tbsp butter dal k sawiyon ko chota crush kar lein aur bhon lein.isi tarah 2 tbsp butter me dry fruits ko b roast kar lein.

* Step 3

Ab bhoni hi sawaiyon ko boiling milk me add karen sugar,aur dry milk dal k mix karen aur halki flame pe cook hone dein.

* Step 4

Phir roasted dry fruits add karen mix karen jab thick hone lage to stove se hatha lein.

* Step 5

Ab chahen to is me 2 tbsp cream dal k mix karen aur serve karen.

1 cup pani me alo bukharay 3/4 hours ke liye bhigo dein.

* Step 2

Ab ek pateeli me bheegay hue aloo bukhary pani ke sath dalien aur baki ka 1 cup pani b add karen.

* Step 3

Ab baki ke ingre siwaye sugar ke dal ke cook karen ke pani kam reh jaye.

* Step 4

Phir cheeni dal ke cook kar lein thick hojaye to char maghaz add karen aur nuts dal ke mix karen.

Subse phele milk ko halki flame pe pakne rakh dein.jab tak wo pak pak reduce na hojaye aur khoya sa ban jaye..darmiyan me spoon chalte rahen.
