* Step 1

In a pan add ghee or oil and heat it,add cumin seeds saute few seconds add chopped onion. saute until the onion turns translucent. add chopped veggies and cook for a minute on high flame.

* Step 2

Add boiled lobia beans, mix and cook one minute. add turmeric powder,pepper powder,pizza seasonings and salt. mix well and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Now add cooked quinoa mix add schezwan chutney. mix well.

Add coriander leaves cook for a minute.turn off the flame. dish our and enjoy a healthy and super tasty quinoa.

* Step 1

Clean and washed mustard leaves then chopped them. Boil into hot water for 5 minutes then strain it under running cold water.keep aside

Heat Desi ghee in a kadhai add cumin seeds when it started splutter add chopped ginger,garlic and green Chilli.then add chopped onion and stir.

Saute until onion turns golden brown, add mustard leaves mix well.

Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes,remove the lid and add chopped tomatoes, and all powder spices.mix and cook until the tomatoes turn soft.

With the help of wooden masher mash it well. Cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes till the water has dry up and oil released. Turn off the flame.dish out the cook saag and add little butter on the top.serve with makki ki roti or paratha.

* Step 1

Rinse the moong dal and soaked into water for 15 minutes. In a pressure cooker add the soaked dal with 1 cup water.add turmeric powder and bay leaf.pressure cook the dal for 2 whistles. Release the pressure naturally and then open the cooker.

Take a wok add oil heat it.add onion saute until onion turns light brown,add chopped tomatoes and green Chilli.add red Chilli powder and little salt.cook it for 2-3minutes..

When tomatoes turn soft and mushy add cooked dal mix well.add some water and kasuri methi. Bring it a boil.then remove from gas.

Take tempering pan add ghee heat it.add cumin seeds,asafoetida and btoken dry red chilli.when cumin seeds start splutter add kashmiri red Chilli powder and switch off the gas.add this tempering into cooked dal.serve hot with roti or plain rice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix both dals in a bowl, wash it, soak in water for 1/2 hr.

* Step 2

Take a pressure cooker, strain dal, add in the cooker. Now add 2.5 cup water & ghee or oil, place the cooker on high flame.

* Step 3

Let it boil, remove the scum, add in hing, salt & haldi powder. Place the lid. Give 4 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 7 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.

* Step 4

Open the lid, whisk dal for a minute, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it. Add in hing, laung & zeera, let it splutter.

Add green chilli, saute it for a sec. In goes onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Add in ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released. Now add tomato & lil salt, also add lil water, stir fry it until tomato becomes tender.

In goes red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.

Transfer dal into the masala, mix it well. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan, add oil or ghee, heat it.

* Step 2

Add zeera, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Now add hing, ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

* Step 4

Add mashed matar, stir fry it for a minute.

* Step 5

Now add all the other ingredients one by one, stir fry it until dry.

* Step 6

Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, keep aside to cool down.

* Step 7

Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients, mix it thoroughly.

* Step 8

Take med. portions from the paneer batter, flatten it, now make a pit inside.

* Step 9

Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges, make kebab.

* Step 10

Dust the kebabs with lil corn flour, make all the kebabs in the same manner.

* Step 11

Take a pan, add oil in the mediocre amount, heat it.

* Step 12

Shallow fry the kebabs until both sides become brown.

* Step 13

Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney.

* Step 14

A good tea time snack...
