At first we will make the filling. On olive oil cook chopped onion and pressed garlic until golden brown. Then add spinach and mix it well. Once cooked, let it cool a little bit and add ricotta cheese, mix it well. (Najprv si spravíme plnku. Na olivovom oleji upečieme nakrájanú cibuľu a prelisovaný cesnak do zlatista. Pridáme špenát a poriadne premiešame. Keď je špenát uvarený, necháme ho trochu vychladnúť, pridáme ricottu a opäť pomiešame.)

Pour tomato puree into a bowl. Add spices and pressed garlic. Mix it well. Pour half of the sauce into the baking pan and spread equally. (Vylejeme paradajkový pretlak do misky a pridáme koreniny a prelisovaný cesnak. Poriadne premiešame, polovicu omáčky vylejeme do pekáča a rovnomerne rozotrieme.)

Put spinach filling into a filling bag and fill cannelloni. Then place them over the tomato sauce in baking pan. (Canelloni naplníme pomocou plniaceho vrecka špenátovou plnkou a poukladáme ich do pekáča pokrytého paradajkovou zmesou.)

Once your baking pan is full, cover cannelloni with remaining tomato sauce. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. 10 minutes before the end of baking add shredded parmesan at the top. (Keď máme pekáč plný, pokryjeme cannelloni zvyšnou paradajkovou omáčkou. Pečieme 30 minút pri teplote 180°C. 10 minút pred koncom pečenia posypeme nastúhaným parmezánom.)

Chop all vegetables into small pieces. On the butter cook onion and garlic until golden brown. Then add remaining vegetables. (Nakrájame si všetku zeleninu. Na masle opečieme do zlatista cesnak a cibuľu. Potom pridáme zvyšnú zeleninu.)

Add water, salt and pepper. Mix it well and cook until soft. (Pridáme vodu, soľ a korenie. Poriadne premiešame a varíme do zmäknutia.)

Cut the zucchini lenghtwise and carve it. Brush the inside with olive oil, then add salt, pepper, oregano, pressed 1 clove of garlic and half of chopped tomatoes. (Cuketu rozrežeme pozdĺžne a vydlabeme ju. Vnútro potrieme olivovým olejom, osolíme a okoreníme korením a oreganom. Pridáme pretlačený 1 strúčik cesnaku a polovicu nakrájaných paradajok.)

Pour boiling water over the couscous, cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add remaining half of chopped tomatoes, corn and pressed garlic. Add salt and pepper. (Kuskus zalejeme vriacou vodou, prikryjeme a necháme 5 minút odstáť. Potom primiešame druhú časť paradajok, kukuricu a pretlačený cesnak. Osolíme a okoreníme.)

Add the filling into the zucchini and on the top put few plates of cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. (Cukety naplníme zmesou a navrch poukladáme plátky syru. Dáme piecť na 180°C na 20 minút.)

At first, shred the zucchini. (Na začiatok si nastrúhame cuketu.)

In a pot, cook garlic on olive oil until golden brown. Add shreded zucchini and cook it 2 minutes while stiring. Add remaining ingredients for filling and cook it until lentils are soft with occasional stiring. (V hrnci si na olivovom oleji orestujeme cesnak dozlatista. Pridáme nastrúhanú cuketu a varíme 2 minúty za stáleho miešania. Pridáme zvyšné suroviny na plnku a varíme kým šošovica nezmäkne za občasného miešania.)

Mix flour with cold water in a cup. In a small pot, melt the butter and add cooking cream. Add the content of cup into the pot while stiring. Add nutritional yeast and keep stiring until bechamel thicken. (Zmiešajte v hrnčeku múku so studenou vodou. V malom hrnci roztopte maslo a pridajte smotanu. Pridajte obsah hrnčeka za stáleho miešania. Pridajte lahôdkové droždie a miešajte dokým zmes nezhustne.)

Rub oil on the smaller sheet and put lasagna slices on the whole surface. Add 2-3 scoops of filling and spread it equally. Put few fresh basil leaves on it. (Potrite menší plech olejom a poukladajte naň plátky lasagní. Pridajte 2-3 naberačky náplne a rovnomerne rozotrite. Navrch poukladajte zopár čerstvých lístkov bazalky.)

Add 2-3 tbl spoons of bechamel and spread equally. Than add another layer of lasagna pasta, filling, basil and bechamel. Repeat until you are done with ingredients. The top layer is bechamel. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. (Pridajte 2-3 lyžice bešamelu a rovnomerne rozotrite. Potom pridáme ďalšiu vrstvu lasagní, náplne, bazalky a bešamelu. Opakujeme dokým neminieme suroviny. Vrchná vrstva je bešamel. Pečieme na 180°C 30 minút.)

Put dough ingredients into a bowl and with hands make a dough. Let it rest in a fridge for 30 minutes. (Do misky si dáme suroviny na cesto a rukami vypracujeme cesto. Necháme ho odpočívať v chladničke 30 minút.)

Meanwhile pour olive oil on the pan and fry garlic until golden brown. Then add spinach, salt and pepper and simmer it. Let it chill. (Na panvicu pridáme olivový olej a opečieme cesnak do zlatista. Pridáme špenát, soľ a korenie a podusíme. Necháme trochu vychladnúť.)

Add ricotta into the pan and mix it well without any further cooking. (Na panvicu pridáme ricottu a premiešame bez zohrievania.)

Roll the dough into the thinnest form you can. You can do it manually or with pasta machine. Then cut it into strips. (Rozvaľkáme cesto na čo najtenšie. Môžeme to urobiť ručne alebo s použitím stroja na cestoviny. Následne ho nakrájame na pásiky.)

Add the filling on the dough strip and cover it with another one. Then cut it into raviola shape and enclose it on all sides with fork to prevent any leak. (Plnku dáme na pásik cesta a druhým ho prekryjeme. Vykrojíme z cesta raviolu a vydličkou postláčame všetky okraje, aby nám nič nevytieklo.)
