* Step 1

First in a pressure cooker heat the oil add panchporan and curry leaves crackle it then add green chilli and onion fry till colour changes.

Now add ginger garlic paste fry it for few seconds then add chopped tomato and all the powdered masala and mix it well, fry for 2 minutes on high flame.

* Step 3

Now add soaked drained dal, mix it and add 1 cup water and pressure cook it for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

After 15 minutes open the lid, mix it and add 1 cup of water and lauki pieces and again pressure cook it for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients well by adding little bit of water if required.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the spinach leaves nicely then boil 2 cup of water and add the leaves boil for 2 minutes then drain the water and keep aside.

Now heat up a pan with 1/2 tbsps oil then add cumin seeds crackle it then add ginger garlic paste sauté it now add green chilli and onion fry till soft then add the tomato fry for a minute add transfer it to a plate and let it cool down completely.

Meanwhile in the same pan add 1 tsp oil add fenugreek leaves and turmeric powder then add the paneer pieces and sprinkle some salt fry it from the both sides and remove it and keep aside.

Now grind the boiled spinach leaves and the fried onion and tomato mixture to a fine smooth paste.

* Step 5

Now in the same pan heat the oil and all the powdered masala into and fry for few seconds then add the grinded paste, mix it cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame till oil separates.

* Step 6

Now add the paneer pieces mix it nicely and add the cream mix it, cover and for 2-3 minutes then switch off the flame.

It’s my mom’s recipe. It’s very delicious and very healthy for all of us because it’s made with pulses and vegetables, so it’s is rich in protein vitamins and minerals and guys u don’t believe it that it is super easy to make. Must try this awesome recipe.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the dal and all the vegetables nicely and strain the water.

* Step 2

Now in a pressure cooker add dal, vegetables, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli and cumin seeds mix it well and add 3 & 1/2 cup of water.

* Step 3

Cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 15 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 4

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it well.

* Step 5

Now for tadka heat up a pan with oil add panchporan sauté for few seconds and switch off the flame and transfer it into the dalma.

* Step 6

Mix it and our delicious healthy dalma is ready.

Serve with chapati or rice.

* Step 1

First cut all the vegetables and wash it well.

* Step 2

Now heat up a pan with oil add panchporan sauté it then add sliced onion fry for a minute then add all the washed vegetables and drained soybeans and fry for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder salt coriander powder cumin powder black pepper powder and green chilli paste mix it add little bit of water and cook for a minute on high flame.

* Step 4

Now add tomato mix it, cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. (stir it 1-2 times).

* Step 5

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes then add water to adjust the consistency and sbzi masala powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 6

After that add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Our delicious soyabean sbzi is ready. Serve with paratha or puri.
