Oats And Sesame Seeds Ladoo

#dussehra This is a combination of dates, oats, til and cardamom powder which tastes extremely delicious! It is an amazing treat which is completely diabetic friendly and sugar-free. It is a very healthy ladoo that can be consumed during any time of the day as a healthy snack as well. It’s texture is soft as well as a little crunchy which makes it irresistible.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. De-seed the dates, grind coarsely and keep aside.

* Step 2

Roast the til and oats separately and let it cool for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

3. Mix all the ingredients and grind in the mixer till it becomes soft.

* Step 4

4. Then, make ladoo (round balls). Serve or store in an air tight container.
