Simple Swede Mash

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the outer layer off the swede and cut it into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft.
* Step 2
Drain and allow to dry. Then mash with olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and pepper - stir it in to distribute.
* Step 3
That’s it, serve with another drizzle of olive oil if you like.
