I just decided to Create Something Out of nothing and it turns out to be a delicious meal for me

* Step 1

Peel banana and cut into the blender

* Step 2

Add natural yogurt,ice cubes, milk and sugar

* Step 3

Pour little amount of banana flavor

* Step 4

Blend for 5mins and serve chilled
