I enjoy using the seasonal foods and ingredients. Autumn is so exciting for me because there are a rich variety of seasonal vegetables I like. The sweetness of potatoes are incredible. I want to make the best use of its delicious flavor and freshness.

* Step 1
Mash sweet potato (leave a part of them undone to your taste)
* Step 2
Saute the sliced onion lightly in a pan until wilted to bring out the sweetness (if you like fresh onion, no need to do this step)
* Step 3
Mix all ingredients well.
