Bengan ka pakoray

#joy Ramzan special Brinjal (began ka Pakoray)pakora is an easy and tasty snack of fried, crisp fritters made with gram flour (besan), brinjals (eggplant), herbs, and spices.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Besan), Salt, white zeera, Ajwein, Red chili powder, haldi powder and mix all the dry ingredients.

* Step 2

Then add water & make a liquid paste. Wash bengan and cut into round slices and sprinkle red chilli powder both side. Dip slices in the batter

* Step 3

And fry until golden brown. Now bengan ka Pakoray is ready to Serve with ketchup, green chutney etc.
