* Step 1
Made dokhla as per instruction of packet and steam in triangle idli shape and fry in little oil adding mustard seeds and curry leaves and dry chilli serve in the breakfast.
* Step 2
And left over khaman dokhla first cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle add onion and green chilli chopped saute for a minute add tomato puree or chopped when soft add salt red chilli powder and tomato ketchup mix 2 tbsp water and heat it add pieces of khaman dokhla stir carefully and sprinkle coriander leaves on it enjoy this tangy dokhla just like chilli idli.
