Barley Water with Orange and Chia Seeds

Barley is a every healthy cereal . It has a lot of nutritional value.
Barley Water is said to help lose extra weight. Barley is a fiber-rich grain that is served as a great rice substitute that helps in weight loss. Here I am sharing a recipe with Barley water mixed with Organ juice and chia seeds.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak barley for 3-4 hours
* Step 2
Soak chia seed in 1 cup of water for 1 or 2 hours.
* Step 3
Boil soaked barley with 2 cups of water.
* Step 4
Simmer and cook till the grains become soft.
* Step 5
Strain and reserve the water.
* Step 6
Keep in the refrigerator to cool.
* Step 7
At the time of the serving transfer the barley water to a glass.
* Step 8
Add freshly squeezed orange juice.
* Step 9
Add soaked chia seeds and black salt.
