Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

* Step 2

Place the green beans in a shallow, rimmed baking dish. Add the garlic, olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Toss together.

* Step 3

Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the green beans are lightly caramelized but still slightly crisp.

* Step 4
