Tasty Veg: Broccoli Cores
Every time I'm preparing broccoli I'm always curious about those thick stems that seem to have lots of soft flesh inside. So one day I decided to peel one and taste the white flesh... and that's how I discovered a new vegetable. They're delicious! And we throw them away! Epiphany for you caterers!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Measure ingredients according to the number of stems you have.
* Step 4
Stir fry them with the ingredients as per amount. Use the butter and chili oil half and half. They cook really fast so make sure you check so they remain crunchy.
* Step 5
Trust me, they're delicious! One of the very few vegetables I've enjoyed on it's own! You can even use them raw in salad!
