Lobia masala curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the lobia in a bowl overnight
* Step 2
In a cooker now add lobia, salt, water and baking soda and let it boil on medium flame till 1 whistle.
* Step 3
Take green chilli, ginger, tomato and make paste in mixer
* Step 4
Take a pan add oil and to hot oil add heeng and jeera
* Step 5
Mix coriander powder and leaves well. To this the above made paste
* Step 6
In a pan add all the masala, garam masala, red chilli, salt and 1 cup water
* Step 7
Cook 2-3 mins the lobia on medium flame and serve it
