Pumpkin Saag Bhaji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients first.
* Step 2
Boil the soaked daal till half cooked. Add chopped potatoes, pumpkin stem and chopped leaves. Combine everything, add salt and cook till done.
* Step 3
To temper with oil, take a small pot with oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Mix green chilli, chopped garlic and dry chilli. Temper till garlic aromatic.
* Step 5
Add the milk and mix well. Cook for half a minute and cover, the milk is soaked. Serve hot with rice/roti.
