Red Chilli-Garlic Chutney

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak red chillies in hot water for 2 hrs. Sliced it n Deseed all Chillies (optional)
* Step 2
Peel all garlic n put in a grinding jar
* Step 3
Add deseeded Chillies to the grinder. Add salt. Grind it roughly
* Step 4
In a small pan add oil n make it hot. Let it cool till it get warm then add to the grinder. Now grind it in smooth paste.
