Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a grinding jar add whole Fenugreek seeds. Crushed it corsely.

* Step 2

Now take a big mixing bowl. Add crushed fenugreek seeds. Along with red chilli powder, salt and asafoetida. Mix it well.

* Step 3

Take oil in a pan make it hot. Off the gas and let oil get cool till warm.

* Step 4

Now add oil to the Fenugreek mixture. Mix it well. Close the lid and leave for 12 hours.

* Step 5

After that, if you feel the mixture is dry then add more warm oil. Otherwise fill in the airtight container. It will stay a whole year. Whenever you want to use it.
