Deviled Chicken Liver with herbed Cheese Toast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pat dry both the liver on kitchen towel.Trim and seperates the lobes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a non -stick pan,fry the chicken livers till firm from out side.Flame should be low -medium
* Step 3
Add worcestorshire sauce,chilli flakes and pepper powder.Toss.
* Step 4
Add vinegar,stir.Take out and keep aside.
* Step 5
For herbed cheese toast,toast bread till golden,apply cheese spread and sprinkle herb of your choice.I've added fresh coriander leaves.
* Step 6
Serve toast with deviled chicken liver.
