Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add besan, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.
* Step 2
Add water slowly slowly, mix it nicely till a lil thick & smooth. In goes veggies, mix it well. No need to add water further as onion will release. Add chaat masala, mix it well, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame.
* Step 4
Coat egg pcs nicely with the batter, drop in hot oil. Deep fry them until crispy brown.
* Step 5
Take out on an absorbent paper, plate it. Serve it with any chutney or dip..
