A very good left over roti breakfast...enjoy the Sunday...

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 persons..

Cooking time :

20-30 minutes
1/2 tsp

ginger paste

1 tbsp

oil

to taste

Salt

As needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add besan, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder,salt & oil.

* Step 2

Add water slowly slowly, mix it well b, make a lil thick batter.

* Step 3

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

* Step 4

Cut roti into 4 pcs.

* Step 5

Moderate the flame, dip one by one roti pcs into the besan, deep fry it till light brown. Do not over cook it.

* Step 6

Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.

* Step 7

Plate it b, serve it with some salad & chutney or a dip.

* Step 8

Good for evening snacking..
