Matki or Moth Beans are extremely nutritious. They are high in fiber, low in fat and rich in vitamins and minerals. We generally make it a point to have at least some type of sprout legumes in a week. Matki salad is the easiest to make, tastes amazing and is very healthy. One bowl of this filling Matki salad can replace your lunch or dinner.

Take a cup of sprouted moth beans (matki) and rinse them under water thoroughly.
