Mango Popsicles are a clean wholesome treat for hot summer days. The refreshing layers of mango and Greek yogurt make a beautiful presentation.Let’s try it your home .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First hung the curd in a muslin cloth for at least one hour
* Step 2
Wash, peel, cut into cubes and blend in a mixer to find a smooth pulp
* Step 3
Put the mango pulp in ice cream moulds 2-2 big spoons in each mould &after 1hour set an ice cream stick in it
* Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 2hours.. Then take out hung curd from the muslin cloth & beat with the help of a beater, mix condensed milk and vanilla Essence
* Step 5
Pour the curd mixture over the mango pulp in ice cream moulds
* Step 6
Refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours or till the ice cream stick freeze completely
* Step 7
Demould the ice cream stick by putting the mould in a glass of water or roll the mould in your palms
