Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the crown of pomegranate and break it into four part. Then remove the seeds.
* Step 2
Now in a blender jar take all the seeds with lemon juice and cold water grind it.
* Step 3
Then strain the juice in a bowl. Add one cup curd and honey in the juice. Mix well with a whisk.
* Step 4
Pour in a glass and garnish with pomegranate arils or seeds.
* Step 5
Your refreshing lassi is ready to serve.
