Granola bars

#boxweek1 Granola bars are very tasty & rich in protein ,so they are also known as protein bars. Protein or granola bars are a healthy snack for mid morning or evening.I really love making and eating them.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 4 people

Cooking time :

1 hour
2 cups

granola

as per taste

Salt

as required

Honey for binding

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take 8 scoops of Herbalife formula 1 (I've taken chocolate flavour)

* Step 2

Now add 2 cups of granola powder and mix it well

* Step 3

Add 1 cup of roasted dry fruits & 2 tbsp of chia/ flaxseeds with salt to taste (a pinch only)

Now use honey for binding which depends on the consistency while using to form the bar.

You can store the bars in a airtight container for one week. You can also refrigerate them.Enjoy !!!!
