Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly,get the beans and remove dirty particles from it then transfer the beans into the motor and add little water in it use pestle to remove the beans skin then use water to wash away the skin from the beans,sock the beans into the water for 40min after that mixed it with vegetables except tomatoes.

* Step 2

Then use hand blender to blend it till smooth,then add spices,salt and veggies oil mix them all to make it smooth and add the chopped spring onion in it.

* Step 3

Then use the cake pieces pan, pour some amount into each pan and settle them into the steamer and cover it,allow it to steam for hours or as desired under medium heat then remove it from fire when it was done and serve it.

For the sauce,firstly cuts your onion,scotch bonnet,red pepper then put it in a pot and add little water inside then boiled the vegetables when it done add little of veg oil and spices mix it,then take your egg and add it mix it well until the egg is fried then leave it for 3min,and serve it.
