Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boiled the corn and add in the blender and grind coarsely.
* Step 2
Take a large bowl add corn,boiled and mashed potato,capsicum,carrot,green chilli,coriander leaves,crushed coriander,black pepper powder,salt,chat masala and corn flour and mix it well.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into balls.
* Step 4
Make flat patties of medium thickness.
* Step 5
Take a wheat flour and 1/4 cup of water to make a thick paste
* Step 6
Dip the cutlet in slurry and coat with bread crumbs
* Step 7
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet from both the sides
